“ Not only is the coffee amazing (coming from a bit of a coffee snob) but the service was incredible. I talked with Alex a bit and she was so personable and friendly, I'll definitely be coming back! ”
“ Amazing coffee and the most personable and genuine service. The baristas will make your coffee with care and ensure each cup is exactly how you want it. There is nothing overly commercial about this place - truly a local, coffee shop to sit down and feel like family. My only wish is that there was a mobile ordering so we can order ahead (though maybe that contradicts the atmosphere they are trying to create - and they make the coffee delicately and speedy anyways) Try the prosciutto and Swiss panini! And the Quiche! Everything is yummy and fresh. Need more coffee shops like Gas Coffee!!! ”
“ Tried Gas Coffee and fell in love with their quality espresso. They also have amazing food and owners! Couldn't recommend more! ”
“ I was floored by the coffee, food and service at this location. I dined in with my wife and a friend on a busy Saturday. I wanted my americano in their stylish gray cup and they delivered. I really loved the coffee. They offered the cream in its own separate small pitcher which was really a nice touch. My wife ordered the cream tart, something we hadn't seen before. It was absolutely delicious and the cream filling reminded me of a milky custard. An online search of how to make such a thing revealed cream tart is a traditional South African treat, which is where the owners of Gas Coffee are from. They brought their treats with them all the way to Coppell and my tummy was happy as a result. ALL their pastries in the case looked amazing, and they even offered low-carb egg bites as well. The staff came to our table on more than one occasion to ask if we were satisfied, if we needed anything and to help clear our table. I didn't expect that level of service much less on a busy day. It made us feel they really care about their customers. The only downside was that the interior of the restaurant was small and there were too many chairs in the space so that it felt crowded. It was quite loud with not much sound insulation. The ordering area has really neat decor but the seating area felt it needed something to make it more cozy and comfortable. I know Gas opened recently, and if they can pull this off, this could become one of my favorite coffee spots. I really loved visiting Gas Coffee and can't wait to come back. ”
“ One of the best coffees I've had. The flat white oat milk was so smooth and delicious! Doesn't need any sweetener at all. Highly recommended ”
“ Americano with half n half, Milk tart, and Iced Americano - this is what we had and they were all very good! The hot americano had a smooth finish and was a nice nutty feel. The iced americano was more acidic tasting so depending on your liking you can decide which one you want to try. The milk tart was really special and very delicious. The crust tasted like a shortbread, the filling had a smooth and custard consistency, and the scent was very vanilla-y and cinnamon-y. The portion was enough to share between 2-3 people. It had the perfect amount of sweetness with a smidge of salty - so very nice! They have a drive thru and parking available. They have inside and outside seating available. ”
“ I just got back from there. Great staff, very smooth coffee. It was really good. I also got a spinach pastry. It was really fresh and delicious. ”
“ Such a lovely shop that has developed a name for itself in the Coppell community. It is a beautiful shop with that neighborhood feel. The staff is so patient and friendly. Marco took our order and welcomed us with a handshake and smile! We ordered a Nutella mousse pastry (photographed), a shot of espresso, and a cappuccino. Very lovely presentation and the staff was so attentive (they checked in on us multiple times to make sure everything was ok). Very clean and calm spot that serves great coffee and pastries to help start your day. Can't wait to go back soon! ”
“ Amazing quality coffee & customer service. The prices are unmatched for the quality that you're getting. The owners are VERY educated on their coffee and they absolutely know what they're doing. The pastries are authentic as well!! Support your local, small, coffee shops! ”
“ Service was absolutely wonderful, Mike introduced himself to me and my girlfriend when we were placing our orders and he was very friendly. Ambiance is very good, a black and white themed coffee shop that also sells roasted bean blends and assorted coffee equipment. They also have a drive through as well which is different than other hip coffee places. Go here rather than 151 if you appreciate traditional espresso! ”
